Yunta de Oro is a school of Argentinian Tango, born of the passion of Ilaria and Vittorio.
Love, passion, technique, culture: these words are central to the work of Yunta de Oro Tango in Florence.
Yunta de Oro is not simply a school or an association, it is a family, a place where people meet and come together over a shared passion, the Tango.
As part of the community that makes up Manifattura Tabacchi Social District, teachers Ilaria e Vittorio present their school of Argentinian Tango.
Yunta de Oro
Ilaria and Vittorio run the association and all of the courses at the school, and they have one unified aim: promoting Argentinian culture in the most authentic way possible, in the same simple and unifying way that the Tango itself was born. The Tango is a social form of dance, and so it remains for Yunta de Oro. And this is the message that people take away from each and every lesson.
The two dancers define themselves as ‘animals of milonga’, who love the experience of a whole night of tango, sharing their love and passion for the dance form with those who have never had the chance of an ‘tanda’, a spin on the dancefloor during a milonga.
