Alongside chef Mauro Urso, the participants will learn all about how to hang and prepare meat, not just according to Tuscan tradition, but also experimenting with techniques from different culinary origins.
The participants will cook dishes based on red and white meat, as well as game: the fruit of their labours making a complete menu which will be served at the end of the course, accompanied by a glass of wine.
