Dialoghi Urbani | Trekking delle Sigaraie - From Sant'Orsola to Manifattura Tabacchi
Dialoghi Urbani is a great opportunity for citywide conversation that brings together diverse perspectives and voices on the topic of urban space and its evolution, actively engaging the public through reading, writing, audio, and visual storytelling.
For 2024, the central theme of the event is the reclaiming of urban space through the collection of memories and community storytelling. Memory becomes a tool for urban and social regeneration through books, reading, and oral and written narratives. It is a method to rediscover and rethink the city by engaging the community, encouraging new forms of individual and collective resistance.
The program is organized by the Florence Municipal Libraries in collaboration with the Florence City Reading Pact network.
