Building 5 constitutes the west wing of the productive heart of the Manifattura, where the Tuscan cigars and the so-called “cigarillos” of Rome were made. The architecture adopts those essential forms associated with the avant-garde at that time, which were inspired by features from the Bauhaus School of Walter Gropius.

The interiors, designed to accommodate the functional needs of the various work phases, make this building ideal for hosting new executive and co-working spaces. The ground floor, highlighted by the brick curtain, will be dedicated to commercial activities with shops, ateliers and restaurants.
