Building 14, built to an extremely simple plan, is described as a large storage shed for presses and machinery. The structure is characterised by a double-pitched roof, made of sheet metal, plastered walls and large glazed openings.

The history of Manifattura
Shortly after completing the complex of the Manifattura, the needs of such a large factory made it necessary to construct a new building to be used by the Cassai Workshop. Only a few years after the construction of this storage building, the city of Florence became involved in the second world war.
