From the Academy of Fine Arts to Manifattura Tabacchi
Projects dedicated to the contemporary continue apace at the ex-industrial complex
Throughout the summer, in the spaces dedicated to contemporary art, Manifattura Tabacchi hosted four students from the Florence Academy of Fine Arts: Alessandro Fabbri, Fiamma D’Auria, Tatiana Mantovani and Lir Tasho. The initiative was set up to give opportunities to young talent in the lead up to La Meraviglia (The wonder), the second edition of the Art Residencies, curated by Sergio Risaliti for Manifattura Tabacchi, and fits into a much wider programme dedicated to contemporary art.

Lo Studio Visit del 28 agosto 2019, in cui gli artisti hanno aperto gli atelier per raccontare se stessi e la loro esperienza attraverso le opere prodotte, ha concluso questo intenso periodo di scambio tra questi giovani talenti e il luogo che li ha ospitati.
