Samuel is a highly active author and composer: he has produced nine original albums with Subsonica and six with Motel Connection, with whom he has also worked on two soundtracks. His frequent musical collaborations include, among others, Franco Battiato, Bluvertigo, Antonella Ruggiero, Krisma with Subsonica, and Patty Pravo, Jovanotti, Manuel Agnelli, and Alessandro Mannarino as a solo artist.

In 1996, he founded Subsonica together with Max Casacci, Boosta, Ninja, and Vicio (who replaced Pierfunk in ’99). During those years of intense musical activity, Motel Connection was also born, and he founded two techno music labels.
On October 2023, “Pugno di Sabbia,” the new single that, along with the track “Mattino di Luce,” anticipates Subsonica’s tenth studio album “Realtà Aumentata,” was released and is set to drop on January 12, 2024. In 2024, they will return to perform in the main Italian arenas with the “Subsonica 2024 Tour,” followed by “La Bolla Tour” at the main summer festivals.
