Time Out gym was established in the 1990s in Via del Ponte Sospeso, and immediately drew attention thanks to the quality of its equipment and the professionalism of its instructors.
Over time the gym has grown, both in terms of space and the activities it offers, always remaining up to date with the latest advances in fitness technology.
In the 2000s it took over the management of the tennis club in Via Paisiello, one of the most popular clubs in the area, boasting 8 courts, 5 of which are covered, 7 in clay and 1 hardcourt.
With experience the business garnered the expertise which allowed it to open a new fitness centre in Prato in 2012, with a surface area of over 3000 sqm and a swimming pool and restaurant.
Despite the pandemic in 2020, the business was still in the position to open new premises in Via Paisiello completely dedicated to functional training, calisthenics, boxing, and weights training, with equipment inside and in a covered area outside, where training is available whatever the weather.
